At Etat Libre d'Orange, we want you to experience our fragrances with total confidence; therefore, we accept returns of unopened and sealed products within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for fragrances that have been opened, used, or removed from their original cellophane wrapping.

Return Process

  Ensure your fragrance remains in its original, unopened packaging with the protective plastic seal intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Contact Support

  Email our olfactory concierge team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the item in its original shipping box or a similarly sturdy container to prevent damage to the glass bottle during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your parcel using a tracked courier service and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our warehouse.
